Step-11: Receive Hard copy of journal (Print journal) and Hard copy of Publication Certificate by Speed Post.
EXPLANATION
Step-1: Registration/Login in the website:-
Before paper submission new author required to register their name, institution name, email id and mobile number etc in the website(See Registration steps in the INFO tab). Registration is requiring in first time only. From second submission authors `just login with your email id and your used registration password.
Step-2: Paper Submission:-
After log in click the new Article Submission tab(below the main tab) fill the required coloum then submit.
Step-3: Immediate Paper Index:-
Author will get Paper index immediately through Email & SMS (This service is available to website paper submission only. Email paper submission authors will get paper index within 24 hours). Authors can track their paper status any time in our website usig paper index.
Step-4: Paper Status Intimation:-
Authors can know the Accepted/Rejected within 15 days, If paper is rejected, it cannot be publish in any of our journals.
Step-5: Publication Fee Payment:-
If submitted paper is Accepted author need to pay the Publication Fee. Details will send with acceptance email. Authors are required to pay their publication fee at the paper status of Formalities Pending.
Step-6: Form Submission
In the status of Formalities Pending author required to submit the Copy right form and payment proof form. After publication fee payment you have to send the scan copy of bank receipt or online payment details or other details and filled copy right form through Form submission in the website. You will get fees creditation acknowledgment email/Receipt and publication schedule within 12 hrs from the details submission.
Step-7: Download E Acceptance Certificate:-
Authors may download E Acceptance Certificate through Website/Email.
Step-8: Online Publication:-
Your full paper(if Online + Print Edition) or Abstract (If Print Edition journals) will get publish in online with in 3 days from publication fee payment and form submission.
Step-9: Print Publication:-
Print edition publication as per respective schedule of the journal ( See the publication date of your submitted journal)
Step-10: Publication E-Certificate Download:-
Authors may download E Publication Certificate through Website/Email.
Step-11: Hard Copy Dispatch:-
Hard copy of Journal and Publication certificate hard copy will dispatch to authors as per scdedule of the journal (See INFO-Hard copy in the website for date scdedule)
Authors can download E Pubication Certificate through Website/Email on the day of Print edition publication date. Hard copy of publication certificate will send with Journal hard copy.
